Young Adult Ministries

Our Mission
We desire to develop young adults who will passionately live for Jesus Christ and change their world.

Sunday School – Join us at 9:30 a.m. every Sunday morning in room 22. This summer we will begin discussion with “Why Jesus? Answering Tough Questions About Our Savior” by David Nasser. This DVD curriculum was filmed on site in Israel.  Come for a great discussion that will deepen our knowledge! For more information, please contact Heather Ryder (ehryder@verizon.net)

Young Adult Scripture Study – Wednesday, May 6 will begin this new weekly gathering. Every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in the Junior High room downstairs, young adults will come together to share what they learned about a set of scriptures provided the week before.  If the Wednesday is after a Plugged-In service, the discussion will revolve around the lesson provided Sunday night. Contact Amber Carnahan with questions (carambe@lycoming.edu).This study is open to Juniors and Seniors in High School as well as any other young adult thru age 30.

Plugged-In – Come and enjoy an extended period of worship through music, prayer and relevant teaching provided by Pastor Evan. We meet at 6:30 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month. Young Adult Events – There are a few events planned throughout the summer to help us connect over fun and fellowship.  They may be random, but they are intended to help create fun memories from the summer. These events are open to Juniors and Seniors in High School as well as any other young adult thru age 30.
